Contact Groups in imBee serve as a database for information about the contacts to whom you send messages in bulk. The fundamental aspect of a Contact Group is a list of your customers’ names and phone number. However, over time, these lists tend to accumulate additional data types, such as customer location and engagement statistics for each contact.
